Using Netflix Button
Most of the Hisense TV remote models come with the Netflix hot button, which is available on the remote’s panel.
- Power on your Hisense TV and fetch your remote control.
- Look for the Netflix button within the remote interface.
- Press the button once to launch the Netflix app.
Via HiCast@ Button
Some prior model Hisense TV remotes come with a HiCast@ button to launch the Apps section.

Hisense Android TV
1. Boot up and head to the Apps section of your Hisense Android TV from the Home screen.
2. Using the Search icon, search for Netflix.
3. Now, select the app from the search results & click on the Install option to download it.
Hisense VIDAA TV
1. Launch the VIDAA App Store or the VEWD App Store, whichever is available on your Hisense VIDAA TV.
2. Select the Search icon and type Netflix using the on-screen keyboard.
3. Make a search and pick up the Netflix app from the search results.
4. Select Install & download the app on Hisense TV with the VIDAA OS.
Hisense Roku TV
1. On the Home screen, select the Streaming Channels option and choose Search Channels. Or else, directly choose the Streaming Store option and navigate to the Search tile at the right side.
2. Search for the Netflix app. Then, select it from the suggestions and get into the app info page.
3. Now, click on the Add channel option, and Netflix will be added to your Hisense Roku TV.
Hisense Fire TV
1. Select the Find icon → Search tab on the Home screen.
2. Type and search for Netflix and choose it from the fetchings.
3. Click on the Get/Download option and begin installation. After downloading, click Open to launch Netflix on Hisense Fire TVs.
Hisense Google TV
1. Click on the Search tab on your Hisense Google TV’s Home screen.

Hisense XClass/Xumo TV
You can launch and start using the Netflix app directly on Hisense Xumo TVs. Here’s how.
1. Scroll down on the Home screen and reach the Apps row. The Netflix app will be available on the front.
2. Otherwise, click on the View All option and find Netflix in the Popular apps section.
3. Now, click on the Select button on your remote and open the app.
Activate & Stream Netflix on Hisense Smart TV
Open the Netflix app on your Hisense TV and select the Sign in option. On the next screen, you’ll have two options to log in to Netflix.

Using Remote
1. After selecting this option, the app will display two fields asking for a Username and Password.
2. Use your on-screen keyboard and remote control to enter the login credentials of the Netflix app you received after subscribing in the respective fields.
3. After that, click on the Next option.
Using Phone
1. Once you opt for this login method, take your mobile phone or PC and open a web browser. Visit the Netflix activation website link: www.netflix.com/tv9. Then, enter the 8-digit code on the TV → click Continue and sign in to your Netflix account if prompted.
2. If you have the Netflix app on your smartphone that’s already set up, scan the Netflix QR code on the TV. The Netflix mobile app will launch and display a pop-up to confirm login. Tap the Sign in to TV option on it.

Netflix on Hisense TV Not Working – Quick Remedies
1. Check your internet connection first if the Netflix titles keep buffering on Hisense TV. Restart the router to improve the network speed and renew if the internet plan has expired.
2. Try restarting and power cycling your Hisense TV once to eliminate temporary bugs and errors.
3. Make sure the Netflix app is in its latest version. Otherwise, update the app on your Hisense TV.
4. If content loading fails and you have a blank screen, log out from the Netflix app & re-login to fix it. To do so, select Menu → Get Help → Sign out → click Yes.
5. If the Netflix app is glitching or having no sound on Hisense TV, it might be corrupted. So, remove the app from your Hisense TV and reinstall it later.
