Are you seeing random videos like advertisements on your Hisense TV all of a sudden? Then, it is in store/demo mode. You have to turn off store mode on Hisense TV if you want to access channels or apps normally.
The method to disable demo mode varies for each model of Hisense TV, and I have explained them in this guide.
What is Store Mode on Hisense TV?
Store mode, also called demo or retail mode, is a feature included on Hisense TVs for sales purposes. Hisense TVs will be kept in this mode in retail stores to attract customers by showcasing the picture quality and features.
If you purchase a Hisense TV that is kept for display in a store, they’ll disable it before packing. Sometimes, the storekeepers forget to do that by mistake. Likewise, your Hisense TV might fall into store mode due to any technical glitches or software errors (mostly occur due to corrupted firmware installation). In such a situation, you are supposed to turn off store mode yourself by following the upcoming guidance.
