It will recognize the input source automatically while connecting an external device to any of these ports. In some rare instances, it may fail to detect the source for some reason. Alternatively, you might have made multiple connections and want to access a particular device for now. In those situations, you can change the input source on Hisense TV to watch the right media content.

Essential Preparations Before Changing Input on Hisense TV

Old Model Hisense TV:
1. Press the Menu button on the side or back of your Hisense TV.
2. When the on-screen menu opens up, use the Volume + & Volume – buttons to scroll up & down and reach the Input option. On some TVs, you’ll get an Input button to access the TV Input menu directly.
3. Now, go to the required input and click on the Menu or Input button to select and switch your Hisense TV to that source.
Latest Hisense TV with a Single Button:
1. Click the Power button at the bottom of the unit.
2. When the OSD screen appears, make a single click on the Power button till you reach the Input menu.

Using the Hisense TV Remote App

In the scenario of not having a remote control, have a WIFI network that is already connected to the Hisense TV in active status. Thus, the Hisense TV will connect to the WIFI network automatically when turned on. Then, you can connect your smartphone to the same network, making the pairing possible. After doing this,
1. Install the RemoteNOW app on your mobile phone.
2. Open the app and click on the Select icon after going through the prompts.
3. When your Hisense TV appears in the available devices list, tap on it and establish a connection.

1. Open the Hisense TV Remote app and select TV on the Home screen.
2. In the upcoming screen, choose the Hisense brand and tap the Power button that appears next to see whether your Hisense TV turns off. If not, tap Not Working, and you’ll get one more Power button. You shall try turning off your TV with this one and repeat the process until it works.

How to Deal With Issues in Changing Hisense TV Input
- If a Hisense TV input is not working, restart your Hisense TV and check whether the external device is connected properly. Also, ensure the cable and input port are not damaged.
