Unlike the Hisense TVs that were launched a few years back, the latest ones offer a lot of customization in terms of display and advanced features. You can access them and get new effects for different types of content you watch on the TV. One such display feature is Motion Smoothing on Hisense TV. You would have definitely had a glance at this option on your Hisense TV’s Picture Settings.
Are you curious to know what Hisense smooth motion does exactly and how to access it? Then, run your eye over the following sections.
What is Motion Smoothing on Hisense TV?
To explain Hisense motion enhancement settings easily, it can fix TV motion blur. For example, while streaming stunt sequences or chasing scenes, frames will run too fast, and any transition, camera panning, or change of angle will generally appear blurry unless it is 4K/HDR content. There is no need to mention you will experience this while watching live sports or broadcasts on TV channels, which are generally shot with 30 frames per second. But, when you enable the Motion Smoothing option, your Hisense TV makes the picture appear clear and sharp. This happens because your TV fills up a few frames on its own. It is apt for any average-quality games you intend to play on the TV.
But remember, though bringing accuracy, the motion smoothing option adds a soap opera effect to the visuals and makes it look unnatural or animated sometimes. The latest movies are shot with 24 frames per second, and they mostly don’t have blurs. You will miss the originality when you watch such movies with the Motion smoothing option ON. So, it is equally important to know how to turn off motion smoothing on Hisense TV and do it when not needed.
