Similar to the IP address, each Hisense TV comes with a unique MAC address that each user should have a note of. It will be useful for network connection, troubleshooting, and identifying the TV in a network. The MAC address is also needed to stream selected IPTV services on Hisense TVs since they ask for it during registration & the activation of the player.

Where to Get Hisense TV MAC Address Off-Screen?
You can discover your Hisense TV’s MAC address without turning it on in the TV box, TV sticker, router admin page, and your ISP.
TV Box/sticker
Take out the TV box in which your Hisense TV was delivered after the purchase. Check all its sides, particularly the sticker and the left & right corners, to find the MAC address.
On some models, the MAC address will be given on the unit sticker, pasted with the details of the Hisense TV serial number & model number.
Router Admin Page
Take a browser and browse your router admin page, or simply search for your Hisense TV IP address. In the router page interface, choose your Hisense TV name from the connected devices section. You can acquire its respective MAC address there.
Contact ISP
Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) will have the details of each device you have connected to your network and its MAC address information. They’ll provide you with the details if you contact them and inquire about it.
How to Get the MAC Address of Hisense TV On-Screen

Hisense Roku TV
Turn on your Hisense TV with the Roku OS. While on the Home screen, press the Down navigation key and scroll down till you reach the Settings option. Select it and click on the System → About options. You can find the MAC Address on Hisense Roku TV in this section.
Alternate method: You can also select Settings → Network → About and obtain the Hisense Roku TV’s wireless MAC address.
Hisense Xumo TV
Head to the Settings option on your Hisense Xumo TV. Choose the Network option from the left pane. Select your current network, and you’ll get its info. You can obtain the MAC address details here.
Hisense Android & Google TVs
Select the Network and Internet option from Settings of your Hisense Android/Google TV. Select the connected network and find the device MAC address displayed below the IP address.
Alternate method: From the Settings option, select Device Preferences/System → About → Status & get the Hisense Android/Google TV’s MAC address.
Hisense VIDAA TV
Select the Cogwheel icon at the top of your Hisense VIDAA TV’s Home screen to go to the Settings screen. Then, select Connection and reach the Network option. Choose Internet Connection and tap the Network Information option. Finally, you can notice your TV’s MAC being displayed.
Hisense Fire TV
Select the Settings option near the Applications tile of your Hisense Fire TV. Select the My Fire TV tile and choose About. Select the Network option and locate the MAC address at the bottom.
FAQ
It is available on the Hisense TV remote app for the Roku OS models. If you have paired The Roku App (Official) with your Hisense Roku TV, open it and connect your TV & mobile to the same WIFI. Select Devices → your Hisense Roku TV → More icon. Tap View system info & find the MAC address above its IP address.
Hisense TV’s MAC address is assigned by the manufacturer. But, the IP address is provided by the Internet Service Provider (ISP).
