Hisense TV supports a lot of free entertainment apps like Pluto TV and Freeview. Cinema HD also joins this line of apps, offering on-demand movies and TV shows without charge. However, it is not supported natively and should be sideloaded on supported OS models, like Hisense Android, Google & Fire TV, using the Downloader sideloading app. In the rest of the models, you can screen mirror the Cinema HD app from a mobile phone and access it.
I have articulated the installation and screen mirroring process of the Cinema HD app on respective Hisense TVs and the prerequisites involved.
What Should Be Done?
- Obtain the Cinema HD APK file [urlsrt.io/cinema-HD-app] from the official website to sideload the app on the Android, Google, or Fire OS Hisense TV.
- Enable the screen mirroring option on Hisense TV with VIDAA, Xumo & Roku TV to mirror content from the Cinema HD smartphone app.
Sideload Cinema HD App on Hisense Android, Google & Fire TV
1. Connect your Hisense TV to a WIFI network first. Select the individual app store/search field of your Hisense TV OS model and search for Downloader. In the search results, locate and download the app on Hisense TV.
2. Now, head to the Settings option of your respective TV model and grant permission for the Downloader app to install third-party apps.
- Hisense Android TV: Open Settings → select Device Preferences → Security & restrictions → Unknown sources → Enable the toggle switch of the Downloader app.
- Hisense Fire TV: Choose Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → select Install unknown apps → Turn on Downloader.
- Hisense Google TV: Select Settings on the Profile section → choose System → About → press the Android TV OS Built option 7 times. Come back to the Settings screen and select Apps → Security & restrictions → Unknown sources → enable Downloader app’s toggle.
3. Then, launch Downloader and go through the on-screen prompts to set up the app on your Hisense TV.
4. On the left pane, select the Home tab, and you’ll get a field. Type the URL of the Cinema HD APK file [urlsrt.io/cinema-HD-app] you have using your remote control. To type such long link addresses, you can use the keypad of the Hisense TV remote app if you have paired it.
5. Then, select the Go option and download the APK file. Select the loaded APK file and click on the Install option. The installation of the Cinema HD app will begin on the Hisense TV.
6. After a few seconds, it will end, and the Open option will appear, indicating that Cinema HD has been added to your TV’s apps list.
7. Now, you can access the complete library of the Cinema HD app with content segregated based on genre and category. Search for your favorite movie/TV show and select it to watch on Hisense Smart TV.

FAQ
No, you can’t because the iPhone/iPad doesn’t support the app. You could have seen an app called Cinema HD – Movies & TV Shows with a logo similar to the original on the App Store. But it is not the actual Cinema HD app.
Since Cinema HD is a free app, you don’t need to sign in to access it on your Hisense TV.
